Portfolio Policy

HD PRODUCTION (에이치디프로덕션) respects our customers' brands and designs, and explains below how we may use finished work in our portfolio.

1. Basic principle

Unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) has been signed or you have asked us to keep the work private, HD PRODUCTION may use the work we produced together in our portfolio within the following scope.

• Materials: photos and videos of finished products, photos and videos of samples and the production process, brand names and logos
• Channels: the HD PRODUCTION website, portfolio and company profile, official social media (Instagram, etc.), sales and proposal materials

2. When work is published

We do not publish work before the customer's brand has officially launched or released it. If no launch date has been set, we agree on a suitable time with the customer.

3. Requesting privacy

• If you ask us by KakaoTalk, email, etc. before the quote inquiry or the start of sampling, we will proceed privately.
• If you ask us to remove material that has already been posted, we will check and delete it within 7 days. Materials that have already been printed or distributed will be reflected from the next production run.
• If an NDA has been signed, its terms take priority over this policy.

4. Ownership of rights

All rights in the finished work, including design copyright and trademarks, belong to the customer. HD PRODUCTION does not use them for anything other than the portfolio purposes in section 1, and does not use one customer's designs in another customer's production.

5. Protecting third-party rights

Where the work includes a person's face, an artist's likeness, or a third party's trademark, we do not publish it without the permission of the rights holder.
